Where else could it be but on Napoleon Street and yes, I know the etymologies are totally different but it made me smile each time I passed. Hugh Crallen's 1974 report:
"Listing and Preservation of Buildings of Architectural and Historical Interest"
includes the photograph below. A DVD of all Crallen's 361 images is available from The Museum of St. Helena.
